While back-end development will be the primary focus, the ideal candidate should also feel comfortable working on the front-end as needed, particularly with Next.js and WordPress. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while also contributing to user-facing features when required.Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, services, and APIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new product features and system improvements.Support front-end development efforts using Next.js and WordPress when back-end tasks are lower in priority.Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across backend and front-end layers.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities):5+ years of experience in back-end development (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar).Proven experience in front-end development using Next.js and WordPress.Familiarity with database design and management (SQL and/or NoSQL).Solid understanding of API development and integration (REST, GraphQL).Proficiency in Go (Golang) programming language.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Abilities):Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Prior experience in both startup and enterprise environments.HTC is an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity at our company.
