As an all-rounder, you will be at the forefront of our dining experience, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. This role is perfect for someone who loves a chat, is passionate about hospo, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and thrives in a customer-focused role.Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers to take orders, answer questions, and recommend menu items.Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.Preparing beverages.Requirements:Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Availability to work flexible hours, including nights (Friday & Saturday only), weekends and holidays.RSA (not essential, but highly recommended).Why Join Us?
