Drive Performance – Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability
Evaluate Investments – Build capital plans and assess ROI for strategic initiatives
Partner with the Business – Influence cross-functional teams and advise senior leaders
Deliver Insights – Present financial reports and KPIs to executive stakeholders
Ensure Compliance – Strengthen controls and enhance financial processes
Develop Talent – Mentor and grow a high-performing finance team
Shape Strategy – Contribute to long-term planning and investment decisions

What You'll Bring Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred)
10+ years in finance roles within multinational or regional organizations
Strong commercial and/or supply chain finance experience
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Proven leadership across diverse, multi-country teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in tools like OneStream, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI, and Excel
