What you'll do
Oversee all hospitality operations across the Estate, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional guest experiences.
Lead the successful launch of our luxury hotel and ongoing management
Lead and inspire a high-performing team across food and beverage, events, and accommodation. Drive strategic growth, profitability, and operational excellence while maintaining our luxury brand standards.
Deliver world-class service for VIP guests and high-profile events.
Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue and market share. Report directly to the CEO.
What we're looking for
Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior hospitality leadership role.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
A hands-on leader with exceptional people management skills.
Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
Current RSA and Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
Work with a prestigious brand in one of Australia's most beautiful wine regions.
