The opportunity
As a Senior Manager, you will work with exciting entrepreneurial start-up businesses, established private companies, and high net worth individuals and families. You will be exposed to a broad range of challenges and experiences, providing advice on various income tax issues. Additionally, you will offer structuring advice on international investment vehicles.
This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted for flexible work arrangements with reduced hours. Please discuss potential options with us.
Your key responsibilities
You will leverage your skills and experience in tax advisory to deliver tax structuring and compliance services. This includes identifying opportunities to network and develop new business. Working across multiple projects and clients, you will advise on a broad range of key tax issues.
Skills and attributes for success
Experience in Tax Consulting, preferably in a top-tier or second-tier accounting or legal firm.
Experience managing junior staff and supporting their development.
Advanced tax technical knowledge relevant to corporate groups, individuals, or trusts.
Although not all boxes need to be ticked, we value your aptitude, attitude, and willingness to learn.
Ability to build strong, lasting business relationships.
Strong commercial awareness.
Excellent written and communication skills.
