With the opening of our Haymarket Sydney store, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to lead the team and drive the store's success.
Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop a team of part-time and casual employees, fostering a culture of accountability, performance and customer focus.
Inspire and coach the team to consistently deliver exceptional service and product knowledge.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring operational excellence in a high-volume retail environment.
Oversee day-to-day store operations, including rostering, stock control, cash handling, compliance and store presentation.
Maintain strong visual merchandising standards to showcase products in line with brand guidelines.
Recruit, train, and support staff in partnership with senior managers.
Enforce company policies, the Employee Handbook and Retail SOPs to ensure consistent operational standards.
Provide accurate reporting on sales, performance and store operations.
Support marketing execution through in-store activations and campaign photography.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and loss prevention policies.
Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager, or proven success as an Assistant Manager in a high-volume environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead, train and motivate large teams to achieve results.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.
Proficiency in scheduling, reporting, recruitment and performance management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly adaptable, solutions-focused and able to remain composed under pressure.
A genuine passion for pop culture, collectibles and creating memorable customer experiences.
Mandarin language skills highly regarded to engage with a diverse customer base.
