We are seeking a Junior Cost Controller to join the Perdaman team, based out of Perth . You will be responsible for assisting with the timely monitoring, controlling, analyzing, and reporting of project cost & progress information.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and updating of project budgets and forecasts.
- Track project expenses and ensure they are aligned with approved budgets.
- Support the Senior Cost Controller in analyzing cost variances and identifying risks or discrepancies.
- Prepare routine cost reports and summaries for management and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with procurement, project, and finance teams to collect and verify cost-related data.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial or cost control role (internship or entry-level experience considered).
- Basic understanding of project budgeting and financial principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
