Overview Division CFO, Trilogy (Remote) – $400,000/year USD
Join Trilogy as a remote Division CFO. This full-time, contractor-of-record role is based on a 40-hour work week with compensation of $200/hour, equating to $400,000/year with 50 weeks/year.
What You Will Be Doing Crafting and evolving a cutting-edge AI-integrated financial ecosystem supporting rapidly scaling educational ventures
Authoring strategic design decisions to revolutionize and streamline critical financial processes
Providing expert written feedback on deep dives and improvement plans to enhance logical frameworks and train both AI systems and human colleagues
Engaging in strategic discussions focused on budgeting, market expansion, vendor partnerships, and regulatory adherence
Orchestrating large-scale financial operations across tuition management, audits, and tax compliance

Micromanaging monthly closing procedures or transaction approvals

Division CFO Key Responsibilities Design and implement a streamlined, AI-powered financial infrastructure that fuels multiple education businesses through hypergrowth, eliminating inefficiency and maximizing scalability and impact.
Basic Requirements Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership positions with demonstrated advancement
Proven executive finance leadership experience (SVP, CFO, or equivalent) with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions
Expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting
Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), preferably in multi-entity structures
Experience with external audits (5+ with Big 4, from either perspective)
Superior written and verbal English communication for executive-level engagement
Based within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones
Nice-to-have Requirements Knowledge of U.S. K-12 education frameworks (private schools, charter systems, ESA programs)
Experience developing finance automation solutions or AI-enhanced workflows
Experience in multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction financial operations
