Key Responsibilities:
  • Mailbox management and triage of queries and requests for advice
  • Review and approval of flexible working arrangement applications
  • Contract administration and processing of invoices
  • Management of WHS support roles (e.g., first aid officers)
  • Supporting rehabilitation case management, early intervention, and work health and safety
  • Managing performance, planning, and wellbeing content on intranet
Key Capabilities:
  • Experience working in an HR or corporate services team
  • Experience managing a shared mailbox and triaging emails
  • Experience processing HR or finance paperwork, including contracts and invoices
