A leading manufacturing company based in Warwick Farm is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to lead a small team on a permanent day shift. About the Role As the Electrical Supervisor , you will oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance, ensuring all systems and machinery operate efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for supervising a team of two electricians, coordinating maintenance tasks, and playing an active role in troubleshooting and repairs.
Shift Permanent Day Shift
Monday to Friday
Overtime available as required
$58 per hour + superannuation + overtime
Key Responsibilities As the Electrical Supervisor you will supervise and support a team of two electricians
The Electrical Supervisor will perform and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and installations
This Electrical Supervisor will diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise production downtime
The Electrical Supervisor will ensure compliance with WHS regulations and electrical standards
The Electrical Supervisor will liaise with production and maintenance teams to prioritise tasks
As the Electrical Supervisor you will keep accurate records of work performed and equipment status
Assist in planning and execution of electrical projects and improvements
Requirements Current and valid Electrical License (NSW)
Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
