Demonstrate proficiency with mid-office systems (e.g., Tramada, VTO) for managing invoices, payments, and financial records.
Delivering exceptional service in order to sell flights, accommodation, cruises, tours and related travel over the phone and via email.
About the Role
As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for curating tailor-made travel itineraries for our clients, ensuring every journey is seamless, memorable, and reflects our premium standards. Mostly working from home with 1 day in the office in our Brisbane CBD location gives you great flexibility to achieve a good work life balance whilst been part of a fun supportive and motivated team.
Your responsibilities include:
Client Consultation: Engage with clients via phone and email to uncover their travel needs and preferences.
Itinerary Creation: Research, design, and book bespoke travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and experiences.
Problem Solving: Manage and resolve booking issues swiftly, ensuring client satisfaction.
Documentation: Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain financial records with precision.
Regulation Compliance: Stay informed on the latest travel regulations and government restrictions to ensure compliance.
Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and partners to secure the best options for clients.
