1300SMILES Dentists Chinchilla is a small, vibrant regional town in Queensland. This highly regarded 5-chair practice has been delivering exceptional care since 1951. Supported by a team of 4 Dentists with a combined 70 years of industry expertise offering all aspects of dentistry, there is an exceptional opportunity for a Dentist to operate in this busy clinic Monday–Friday commencing in November 2025. This role would be well suited to an experienced onshore Dentist, ADC graduate or a newly graduated Dentist with a pre-existing patient base. The position offers high-end support in practice while cultivating your own patient base, with ongoing growth and development through discounted CPD and access to our clinical advisory team.
Responsibilities Provide high-quality dental care to patients.
Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums.
Perform routine cleanings and other dental procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care.
Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team.
Passion to learn and develop new skills expanding scope of works.
Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance (or able to obtain).
Ability to work within Australia.
Sponsorship available and all ADC graduates encouraged to apply. Clinician Development Program with extensive learning resources to support clinical development.
