Overview
Are you a hands-on PPC expert who wants to lead a growth engine with a budget of over $1 million per month? Puffy is seeking a hands-on leader and strategist who personally architects and executes PPC campaigns at a granular level. This is an on-site role in Dubai with relocation and visa sponsorship provided.
Responsibilities
Own the PPC lifecycle from initial strategy to scaling and growth.
Architect and execute campaigns directly in Google Ads and Performance Max with a hands-on approach.
Partner with the CEO to design and own the entire paid search vision and growth engine.
Work with an AI-native toolbox to test, learn, and scale winning campaigns across the full funnel.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance PPC team.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar PPC budgets and driving revenue for e-commerce or D2C brands.
Expert-level, tactical mastery of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Performance Max, with the ability to translate metrics into business outcomes.
Foundational skills to analyze landing pages and architect granular campaigns that match user intent.
Demonstrated ability to own and execute campaigns end-to-end and drive significant P&L impact.
