**Lifestyle Coordinator (Lifestyle Lead)**
- Salary packaging benefits (more take-home pay)
- Full time role from Monday to Friday, enjoy weekends off
- Permanent role based in Kangaroo Flat

- **Lifestyle Coordinator**, and support the implementation of our creative and engaging lifestyle program at
- **St. Laurence Court** in
- **Kangaroo Flat**, to support our residents to live their best life and achieve their personal goals.

**Your ‘typical day’ will have you**:

- Coordinating the provision of recreational and social programs that enhance the well-being of our residents
- Supported by the Lifestyle Assistant, leading the orientation of new team members
- Assisting each resident individually in accordance with the lifestyle plan document and ensuring information is recorded accurately
- Ensuring all programs meet both residents’ needs and accreditation standards
- Demonstrating an understanding of the cognitive, social and spiritual needs of our residents and their families
- Engaging our residents and encouraging them to be part of their local community
- Assisting with meaningful and enriching activities that provide choice to each person

**To thrive in the role you will have**:

- Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure or qualifications in community development
- Proficiency in working autonomously and providing leadership within a team environment
- Empathy and an ability to build strong connections with residents and their loved ones
- Honesty, helpfulness and dependability - making you a great asset to the team
- Creativity and experience in coordinating and providing recreational and social programs in aged care facilities or a similar setting (highly regarded)
