**Company**:
I am working with a Renewable Energy Organisation which is focusing on the production of wind and solar. They are currently maintaining 7 energy farms which they constructed and are in the process of developing new projects.

**Role**:
As the company is experiencing growth, they are seeking a Risk and Compliance professional to be able to join their small team. Key responsibilities:

- Lead risk workshops to support the Enterpirse Risk Management program
- Identify, document and deliver operational risk obligations
- Identify and create risk mitigation strategies
- Be the point of contact for the business in regards to risk, compliance, and governance
- Maintain and update compliance obligations in regards to Modern Slavery and AML/CTF
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in the business
- Experience across the 1st and 2nd lines of defense
- Willing to be hands on and work closely with the business
- Passion and knowledge of the renewables/energy industry
- Strong experience of managing senior stakeholders
