**This is for the Beresfield daily office cleaning.**
- 5pm - Monday to Thursday - approx 1.5 hours (office bins / kitchen and bathroom)
- 5pm - Friday - full office & showroom 2.5 hours

**Total hours per week** = 8.5

**Position Overview**:
As a Commercial Cleaning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' workplaces are clean, organised, and safe. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and janitorial tasks, working independently or as part of a team, all while upholding our company's _**high standards of excellence**_. **Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial establishments, including offices, retail spaces, medical facilities, and more.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, carpets, and furniture to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, and communal areas, to promote a healthy environment.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, replenishing supplies and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
- Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste in accordance with company guidelines.
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and follow safety protocols to minimize accidents and hazards.
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete larger cleaning projects.
- Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and their staff.
- Embrace continuous learning and adapt to evolving cleaning techniques and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not mandatory. **We value a strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude above all.**:

- A keen eye for detail, ensuring no spot is left uncleaned, and high-quality standards are consistently met.
