**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Childcare Educator, you will be a catalyst for children's growth and development. You will have the opportunity to create an exciting and nurturing environment where every moment is a chance for discovery. Your days will be filled with laughter, exploration and hands-on learning activities that engage the whole child - their body, mind, and spirit.
- Foster an environment of respect, trust, and open communication for both children (infants up to five years of age) and their families
- Plan and implement play-based learning activities that promote creativity, critical thinking, and social skills
- Design interactive experiences that cater to children's diverse interests and learning styles
- Organise group activities that encourage physical development, imaginative play and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with fellow Educators to create a cohesive and enriching learning environment
- Keep accurate records of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times

**SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or similar qualification (or working towards)
- A genuine passion for working with children and an understanding of their developmental needs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Creativity and enthusiasm to bring innovative ideas to life within the play-based curriculum
- Strong commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse learning environment
- Ensure compliance of EYLF and NQS
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Hold a current Positive Notice Blue Card
