**Your responsibilities will include**:

- As we grow our logistics team, we are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dynamic Logistics team and manage warehouse activities supporting the MH-60R fleet.

Located on the beautiful South Coast of NSW, you will work with the Royal Australian Navy and internal stakeholders to execute warehouse activities to meet Defence and Aviation management requirements.
You will be responsible for:

- Driving and implementing warehouse and distribution activities
- Manage and mentor warehouse staff.
- Driving and executing continuous improvement activities for warehouse operations.

**About you**:

- To see you succeed in this role, you will hold significant warehouse management experience within a defence or regulated environment, exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of successfully leading high performing teams.
To be successful in this role you will also have:

- Extensive experience in Defence or similar logistics area, including supply chain and asset management.
- Warehouse management experience including extensive experience in warehouse operations aviation supply chain, materials management, goods receipt, storage/ handling, and distribution of equipment, dangerous goods.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance

Desirable
- Qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Advanced skills in:

- MILIS
- S4 Hanna or similar SAP experience

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
