At **Eden Academy**, our centre is a special place designed to nurture young minds and hearts.

Operating from 7:00am to 6:00pm, our space is designed to feel like a home away from home. With natural play environments, open-plan rooms filled with natural light and abundant age-appropriate resources, both indoor and outdoor play areas, we provide the perfect setting for 100 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

**About You**
You’re more than an Diploma Qualified Educator You’re a guide, a mentor, and a champion for every child’s potential. You have a warm heart, a creative mind, and a genuine passion for early learning. Through your nurturing care and meaningful interactions, you empower children to become curious, resilient, and confident in all their abilities.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A **Diploma** in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian working rights
- A professional yet approachable demeanor
- A passion for building connections with families and the community
- A collaborative spirit and love for teamwork
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 4-5 days per week, on a rotating roster across all shift patterns
