**Responsibilities and Requirements**
- Site preparation and demolition of existing infrastructure.
- Setting out and installation of park and playground equipment, infrastructure and installing rubber softfall, synthetic turf and organic surfacing.
- This role requires attention to detail, physical dexterity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Adhere to WHS requirements and company policies.
- You must be able to travel to different locations across Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast, Ipswich and Moreton Bay so a valid and current drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle are essential.
- You must be respectful, polite, have good communication skills, be reliable and punctual and able to work well within a team environment and independently.
- Industry experience in playground installation, wet pour rubber surfacing and / or landscape construction and labouring for a minimum of three years is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction / site plans, however this is not mandatory.
- Current white card.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks and working outdoors.
- Can-do attitude, coupled with a willingness to learn.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Trade qualifications, certificate III in Landscape Construction or higher.
- Experience in timber construction.
- Experience in rubber softfall or synthetic turf installation.
- Excavator, skid steer and MR licences would be advantageous.

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

- Australia (required)
