Our clinic offers a wide range of services, including skincare, laser treatments, and cosmetic procedures. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Medical Receptionist to join our team and lead our front-of-house operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome and wow clients with impeccable presentation and friendly demeanor.
- Manage appointment bookings and schedule consultations efficiently.
- Go the extra mile to make sure patient's needs are met.
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries with superior interpersonal skills.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
- Process payments and manage billing procedures.
- Lead and support the front desk team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the clinical team as required.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a medical or cosmetic clinic.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence and ability to lead a team effectively.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable presentation and professional appearance.
