Position Title: Integrated Cancer Services Program Manager
Classification: HS6
Salary per hour (exc. super): $53.74 + over award payment depending on experience
Hours per fortnight: 80 (0.8 part-time considered)
Employment Status: Permanent full-time

**Role Description**

Employing a patient centred approach, the Integrated Cancer Services (ICS) Program Manager provides leadership in the implementation of cancer reform and innovation. The ICS Program Manager establishes and maintains clinician, consumer and health service engagement at the local level and is responsible for the administration and delivery of the ICS program including planning, coordination and resource management (human and financial) for projects and program activities.

**The Team**

Loddon Mallee Integrated Cancer Services (LMICS) is one of a network of Integrated Cancer Services across Victoria, funded by the Victorian Government and established in 2004. There are eight adult ICS and one state-wide paediatric ICS. The ICS work with health services to implement key aspects of Victoria’s current cancer plan, which aims to improve cancer outcomes by improving the experience of cancer patients, delivering efficient, quality care supported by data and research, improving outcomes, addressing disparities across population groups, driving innovation and system reform and ensuring good integration and coordination across service providers. The Victorian Integrated Cancer Service (VICS) is the collective umbrella group of all ICS.
