Western Health is seeking an Operations Manager, Custodial Health to lead Western Health’s multidisciplinary custodial health team. The role is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of the multidisciplinary team providing primary healthcare at Dame Phyllis Frost Centre (DPFC), a maximum-security women’s prison. The Operations Manager will oversee the provision of high-quality healthcare, clinical safety and financial management. To be successful you will have demonstrated experience in leadership, strategic planning and change management. This role will support the ongoing operational management of all elements of healthcare provision by Western Health.
