**About the Role**

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same **In any one day, you could be**:
Lawn mowing, edging, and garden maintenance
Hedging, weeding, mulching, or pruning
Landscaping and outdoor improvement projects
Carrying out basic handyman tasks as needed
Assisting with equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations
Working independently or as part of a team

**What We’re Looking For**

✔ A **strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn**
✔ Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
✔ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
✔ Physically fit and able to handle manual labour
✔ Some experience in **lawn care, gardening, landscaping, or handyman work** is a bonus but not essential

**Salary**: Negotiable base ($55K-$60K) + Performance Bonuses ($5-10k)

**Hours**: 6:45 AM start, finish varies (typically 2-4 PM)

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
