These positions are as casual floor staff and group leaders within a Government Department. Mon - Fri - Flexible working hours perfect for anyone seeking school hours or study flexibility

**Key requirements of the role**:

- Providing care for children from the ages of 3 months - 5 years.
- Planning and implementing educational programs, experiences and activities
- Organize recreation activities
- Prepare food and snacks
- Monitor kids hygiene
- Encourage interpersonal skills through mediating social interactions
- Take responsibility for children’s health and safety (4 points of Supervision)
- Work with the families to settle their children
- Comfort children who are upset
- Daily cleaning duties (i.e. bathroom, surfaces, toy tidy up etc)

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Current Working With Children’s Check (WWCC)
- National Police Clearance
- Experience working within an early childhood setting preferred, Childcare or Community Service Qualification highly regarded
- Senior First Aid & CPR
