First Steps Learning Academy is looking for a talented and passionate Educators to join our Centre at Barden Ridge, near Menai.

The successful applicant will be very well supported by an experienced leadership team who are committed to creating a positive work environment and where our children feel like they are at their home away from home.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, and the right applicants will have the ability to build strong relationships with the families at the Centre, the children which we care for, and with their team.
