**nib Thrive **is the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) business for the nib Group. In November 2022, nib acquired its first registered NDIS Plan Manager, since then we have continued to grow. We are now House of Brands who all operate as part of the nib Thrive family. nib Thrive currently supports more than 39,000 NDIS participants and is on track to reach its goal of supporting at least 50,000 participants by FY25. nib Thrive is currently one of the top three largest plan managers in Australia.

**Let's talk about this role**

As the Participants Insight Lead, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement of the participant and provider experience within nib Thrive. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Gathering valuable insights from diverse stakeholders, including participants and providers, through relevant Voice of Customer (VoC) programs
- Supporting the Performance and Experience Manager in designing and implementing programs that capture meaningful feedback, whilst also conducting analysis and translating these insights into actionable recommendations
- Managing the VoC platform by ensuring a user-friendly experience for all stakeholders
- Championing accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring participation and representation from diverse perspectives

**Let's talk about you**
- Must have prior working knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Strong leadership skills with 3+ years experience or experience in managing project teams
- Demonstrated ability to assess and action customer insights and data focusing on continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder management skills
