**Role responsibilities**:
Ensure the implementation of quality testing methods to align with best practice ICT testing frameworks which encompasses strategies, policies, processes, templates, tools and standards.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of testing and technical specialists and provide sound advice and recommendations on any aspect of test planning and execution.
Review technical and business design requirement and identifies alternative solutions.
Defines risk based and requirements-based testing scope to ensure solution is fit for purpose.
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Key Responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated experience in the development of test strategies, test products and test cases and ensuring compliance to testing and technical policies, standards and procedures within a large, complex IM/ICT program/project(s) environment (SFIA Skill: TEST: Level 4)
Demonstrated experience in testing, including experience with testing methodologies and tools for large, complex IM/ICT program/project(s) (SFIA Skill: TEST: Level 4)
Demonstrated experience in administration, test design and automation with preference in using TOSCA or with the ability to quickly gain the skills to use TOSCA. (SFIA Skill: TEST: Level 4)
Experience in specifying and developing test scenarios to ensure user acceptance and records and analyses test results, and reports any unexpected or unsatisfactory outcomes (SFIA Skill: TEST: Level 4)
**Specific Working Conditions**:
While not mandatory, professional and tertiary level qualifications highly desirable.
Travel to local Queensland Health sites may also be required as part of this role.
