Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Rotational basis, with current operating hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday shifts required every 2-3 weeks).

- **Managing the Claims Process**: Collaborate with outside experts to handle claims efficiently.
- **Reviewing Reports**: Analyze documents and make informed decisions regarding claims.
- **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: Build rapport and offer outstanding service to customers.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work.
- **Time Management**: Work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.
