**The opportunity**:
You will perform a variety of Network Engineering activities and provide technical escalation to the Level 3 Engineers.

**Daily activities** include: full JD can be provided for parties interested.
- Providing analytical, reasoning, and specialised technical expertise to investigate, isolate and rectify network incidents and problems.
- Implementation of complex, large scale network changes in alignment with customer and change management process and perform release and deployment management activities.
- Contribute to written documentation for submission to the Customer and Internal Stakeholders
- Main responsibility involves providing level 1.5 to technical support to networks, infrastructure, products and services supplied and operated by the company

**Must have**:

- Understand data communications, such as routing, switching and telecommunications
- Practical experience in switching protocols/methodologies (VLANs, wireless technologies etc)
- Knowledge and experience in WAN/BAN routing protocols
- Level 1 triage, help desk or customer support experience
- CCNA qualifications or similar
- **H**old a minimum of NV1 AGSVA security clearance**
