Psychosocial Recovery Coach

**About the Role**

We are hiring Recovery Coaches to join our team in the following areas**:Willetton and Perth**

Recovery Coaches will be supporting participants to reach their NDIS goals in a person-centred way.

**Duties include**:

- Skill building
- Linking participants to community services such as employment and mental health
- Providing ongoing supports to participants with their service engagement
- Informed decision making
- Advocacy

**Essential criteria**
- Minimum Cert 4 in Mental Health or other relevant training/qualifications or 2 years’ experience working within the Mental Health industry or lived experience.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check or Current NPC
- Drivers Licence and Car
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’
- DSC Supporting People to Stay Infection Free
- [STANDARD_02_HHA] Hand Hygiene Standard Theory Online Learning Module
- First Aid
- CPR
- Have or Willing to get a WWC

**Salary**: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
