The Faculty of Science, Medicine and Health (SMAH) comprises of the Schools of Science; Medical, Indigenous and Health Sciences; Nursing; and the Graduate School of Medicine. The School of Nursing is seeking a motivated Associate Research Fellow to contribute to innovative, world-class nursing research. This role involves collaborating with academics, clinical colleagues, and community and industry partners to build networks and enhance research programs.
To excel in this role, you must work independently, delivering exceptional administrative and professional support for managing clinical research projects and programs. You will be skilled at managing changing priorities, meeting deadlines, and collaborating effectively with university colleagues, research institutes, and other stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with keen attention to detail and advanced digital literacy. Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting within health services, clinical, or implementation studies is highly desirable.

- The position holder will be required to attend Public Health Facilities and must comply with vaccination requirements as per NSW’s Health Policy for any work undertaken in NSW Health facilities according to the NSW Health Policy Directive (PD2024_015) _
- Based at Blacktown Hospital, this position requires travel to other health facilities within the Western Sydney Local Health District and the UOW Liverpool campus. Additional travel to study sites across NSW and interstate may also be necessary. _
