**Purpose of the Position**

To maximise the performance through the key areas of team management, sales, customer experience, retention & recruitment, WHS, visual merchandising, stock management, expense control and customer service initiatives across multiple stores

**Experience, Skills & Qualifications**
- Passion and experience in retail and/or service environment
- Strong communication skills and basic numeric + literacy skills
- Ability to use initiative
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours & can accommodate late and early shift requirements
- Documentation to prove right to live and work in Australia
