Childcare Centres of Excellence is a family owned company which operates the highly regarded Benowa Early Learning and Benowa Hills Early Learning Centres.

We are currently looking for an Lead Educator and an Assistant educator.

Successful applicants must possess a sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF, a genuine love for children, professionalism and a commitment to implementing the best quality care for children, working in an Exceeding National Quality Centre in every area.

- A commitment to high quality outcomes for children
- A genuine passion for children and shaping future generations
- An ACECQA approved Diploma, New graduates or currently studying educators are encouraged to apply
- Current Working with Children Card (Blue Card)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and strong interpersonal
- An understanding of the National Quality Framework which includes government regulations, the National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework
- A passion for developing, planning and implementing an innovative educational program with a commitment to inclusive early childhood practice and social justice
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate/s (ACECQA Approved) or willing to obtain

**Salary**: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
