We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Casual Order Picker/Packer** to join our team in Marrickville. This role starts **immediately and runs through to the end of January 2026**, with the possibility of ongoing work after this period.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (full-time hours on a casual basis).

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently pick orders from clothing racks or designated areas based on order sheets.
- Pack orders securely and neatly to ensure safe transport.
- Verify accuracy of orders before packing and shipping.
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth order fulfilment processes.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment centre preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
