Next Printing is a business that does things differently. Specialising in creating structures for activations and events, from pop up stores for glamorous brands to events for some of the largest tech brands in the world. **What are we looking for?**

Firstly, we’re pretty sure you are already amazing The question is, are you the amazing person who best fits our business? As a co-ordinator, you bring the valuable skill of dissecting client briefs, fearlessly seeking clarification, and meticulously creating comprehensive job tickets for our exceptional production team to execute. In this role, you'll closely collaborate with our clients, as well as our internal graphic and industrial design teams, to bring our customers' visions to life.

**On the Job Training**

We offer comprehensive on-the-job training that will fully immerse you in our business right from the start. During the initial four weeks, you will closely work with our production team, gaining a deep understanding of our operations before diving into the Account Management aspect of your role. This structured approach ensures that you acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in your position.

**Skills that are essential for this role**:

- Proven experience in a coordination role or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client liaison.
- Strong organisational capabilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills to handle event challenges.
- Proficiency in relevant software for event planning and coordination.

We rely heavily on technology. We use Google Apps, Microsoft’s suite of products, Slack, WhatsApp, HubSpot and all sorts of other cool toys that allow for better workflow. You will need to be comfortable (and competent) with all of these.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
