The Role

As an **Acai Bar Crew Member**, you’ll be the face of Acai Grounds - preparing beautiful acai bowls, blending protein shakes, engaging with customers, and helping keep our space vibrant and welcoming.

**Daily Tasks Include**:

- Preparing and serving acai bowls and protein shakes that will make our customers’ day
- Creating a welcoming vibe by engaging with customers and ensuring they leave with a smile
- Keeping the café space clean, organized, and looking its best
- Helping manage stock and keeping inventory in check
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and fast service
- Assisting with opening and closing duties to keep everything running smoothly

What We’re Looking For
- **Exceptional customer service skills — this is our top priority.** We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with people, creating positive experiences, and bringing great energy to every shift.
- A friendly, positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality or café experience is a plus, but not essential - we’ll train the right person
- Passion for healthy food and lifestyle
- Reliable transport to get to and from shifts on time
- Ideally 20 years or older
- **Availability**: Must be able to work both weekend days and nights. A rotating roster ensures you’ll have time to enjoy life outside of work while still contributing to the team.
