**What We Are Looking For**:
**Qualifications and other requirements**:

- Hold a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
- TAE is preffered or willing to get one
- Experience in training, teaching, or lecturing is desirable.
- Be able to demonstrate trainer matrix relevant to the course
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of current industry standards and practices
- Confidence and motivation to deliver first-class face-to-face education.
- Sensitivity and the ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgrounds

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Finance and Mortgage Broking - Trainer and Assessor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred)
- Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
