Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality support to individuals with Schizophrenia and challenging behaviours.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and community engagement.
- Implement and follow individual care plans and behaviour support plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and incidents.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and independence of our clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with individuals with Schizophrenia and challenging behaviours in a SIL environment.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues and behaviour management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Commitment to providing consistent and reliable support.
- Relevant qualifications in disability support, mental health, or a related field.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.88 - $44.00 per hour
