**About the role**

As a Showroom Consultant you will be passionate about supporting builders and homeowners with the build of their bathrooms along with providing exceptional service when serving our customers on the trade counter. No two days are the same

**Your day to day**
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with the selection of bathroom products
- Handling over-the-counter retail trade sales and customer quotes
- Undertaking pick packing and warehousing activities when required

**About you**
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm
- Proficient computer and system skills
- A team player, with safety awareness
