**ABOUT YOU**:

- Able to make playdough and goop
- Can build big towers and appreciate the joy when they tumble down
- Have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- Are a voice for all children
- Work collaboratively with other passionate Educators
- Contribute to Exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
- Be a kind and supportive leader to all colleagues

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards Diploma
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Experience highly regarded, however not required
