**About The Role**

Our client is an adolescent female living with past trauma and transitioning out of the justice system.
**We are requiring a team of mature females with strong professional boundaries to implement behavioural support strategies, community access, and restrictive practices.**

Person centred care is vital for our clients. Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach.
**Support workers will be required to have commitment to an ongoing roster, and experience working with clients with behaviours of concern, and various mental illness.**

In addition to our values, our support staff require
**mandatory compliance**:

- **Experience working with clients with complex mental health.**:

- **Experience working with behaviours of concern.**:

- **Experience working with restrictive practices.**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Triple COVID-19 Vaccination.
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training.
- Driver’s License & Car.
