Window Tinting Technician

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a **motivated and flexible Window Tinting Technician** to join our team. **No previous experience in window tinting is required** as we offer comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped to meet our high standards of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel to various job sites as scheduled, performing window tinting services on residential and commercial properties.
- Has experience in physical labour, using tools which require precision skills (preferred).
- Clean windows and prepare surfaces for tinting according to company guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all client queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of jobs completed and materials used.
- Capture high-quality photos or video footage of completed work for promotional use on the company’s social media platforms.
- Process payments using the company's EFTPOS terminal.
- Ensure timely arrival and efficient completion of all assigned jobs.
- Leverage the company's CRM platform, Trello, for lead management.
- Handle inbound calls from potential leads, providing detailed answers to any tinting-related inquiries and contribute to sales conversions by nurturing leads with strategic follow-up calls.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and stay updated with the latest tinting techniques and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Must be authorized to work in Australia.
- Possession of an active Queensland driver's license.
- Own a reliable vehicle (hatchback, ute, SUV or van) with sufficient space to carry materials.
- Experience or quick adaptability in managing inbound calls, offering knowledgeable tinting advice, and maintaining excellent customer service.
- The ability to learn how to effectively convert and nurture leads with strategic follow-up and strong communication.
- Experience with EFTPOS terminals preferred, or a quick learner in secure and efficient payment transactions.
- Must have or be willing to obtain an Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including cleaning and measuring.
- Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work on-call, with a schedule that varies week to week.
- Willingness to drive any distance to and from job sites.
- Comfortable working alone and completing jobs autonomously.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
