**The Opportunity**
Goal Group is seeking an experienced Cost Controller to develop cost control procedures, cost analysis, forecasting, controls, trending, change management and reporting on a Joint capability program. In this role you will be supporting the Project Controls Manager and Project Managers, to produce accurate cost forecasting and analysis, and providing guidance/mentorship to the finance support officers on best practice.

**About you**
- Solid experience in cost controls practices and providing solutions to cost control problems in a Defence engineering environment and across different phases of the project lifecycle - CASG experience would be highly regarded.
- Significant experience in conducting cost control functions, including cost forecasting and analysis, trending, budget phasing, and change management.
- Ability to produce high quality project reporting and analysis.
- Due to urgency of this role, a security clearance of eg: Baseline minimum is required.

Please note, only Australian Citizens are eligible to obtain a Commonwealth (Defence) security clearance.
