Finance Business Partner

**About the Role**
An opportunity has arisen to join BOQ's Finance Business Partnering team providing support to our Group Technology function. This role will provide strategic financial management and operational decision support to the Group Executive and Leadership Team to deliver group finance objectives. The role will be accountable for financial management oversight, insight and transparency across the budget and key strategic initiatives being delivered or sponsored by Group Tech.

This is a true opportunity to partner with the technology business and;
- Support, communicate and enforce effective financial governance and financial management practices
- Prepare management reports that measure financial performance to KPIs
- Manage the annual budget and rolling forecasts for Group Technology Leadership Team members
- Provide and communicate tailored, valuable financial information and lead business discussions with senior management
- Foster a collaborative working relationship between Group Finance and Group Technology.

**About you**
This position will suit an individual with a proven background operating in a finance partnering role supporting the organisation in the delivery of commercial objectives. It would be advantageous to have 3 years' experience in a similar role, as well as have ACA or CPA qualifications.

Critical to your success will be your ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the technology function.

A high level of commercial acumen is essential, with prior experience supporting a technology business unit preferred.
