Cleaner and Gardener

**Caretaker: Gardener and cleaner wanted**

Ascot Caretaking Pty Ltd is a family run business with 15 years of experience in the caretaking industry. We now have a growing portfolio of properties all across Melbourne.

Caretakers will be required to follow a weekly roster that outlines the jobs given for each working day. Provided with fully equipped service van to travel to different locations across Melbourne to complete caretaking duties.

**Work Hours/Days**:

- 5 days per week - Monday - Friday
- Hours - 8am - 4pm
- Flexible work/life balance
- Full time position - 38 hours per week
- Pay and benefits in accordance to Cleaning Services Award 2010

**Duties**:
Such caretaking duties include gardening and cleaning however these will vary and depend on the nature of each job.
- Some of the duties may include: _
- Mowing of lawns
- Whipper snipping
- Trimming of hedges, shrubs and plants
- Cobwebbing
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Replacing light globes
- Inspection and reporting of conditions of properties

**Skills and Experience**:

- Full Australian drivers license
- Gardening and cleaning knowledge is appreciated however not required
- Have high attention to detail
- Great customer service skills
- Time management
- The ability to learn and perform new skills
- Self-motivation
- Taking initiative and making decisions
- Fit and healthy
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Happy to work independently
