**We are looking for a State Operations Manager to join oversee our NSW & ACT sites**
- Build a culture that is consistent with the organisation’s vision, purpose, values and strategy, focusing on impact and the achievement of measurable outcomes and accountability
- Ensure workplace health and safety actions are completed maintaining a safe working environment in the workplace at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards and
frameworks.
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve financial performance and key performance targets.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and work across other departments to develop whole of organisation business solutions.
- Oversee the functions of Business Development and Marketing to support the broader business.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to lead, manage, upskill and motivate team members to achieve set business goals.
- Previous multi-site retail management experience
- Experienced in achieving KPI's in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing commercials which may include cost control or managing or being responsible for your own P&L
- Strong time management and organization skills
