**Location**: Paddington, QLD

**Schedule**: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9-10 hour shifts(The roster can be flexible but ideally, 7.30 am - evening.)

**Children**: 14yo boy, 12yo girl, 10yo girl, and 9yo boy

**Start Date**: Mid-late January (hoping to secure someone on this side of Christmas)

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Drivers Licence: Required (family provides a car for work-related driving).
- Valid WWCC, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles.
- Two outstanding references.
- Strong understanding of autism and experience working with neurodiverse children.
- Comfortable working with the family dog

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

This friendly and busy family of 6 seeks a proactive Nanny/Household Manager to support their household. The role involves school drop-offs and pick-ups, coordinating after-school activities, preparing meals, and managing household tasks like grocery shopping and admin. With the kids at school, there are plenty of child-free hours for home management, and we are seeking someone who can be helpful and proactive in ways that can further support the home and family.

You’ll work closely with the children, including providing thoughtful support to a neurodiverse teenager and spending time with the family dog. This role requires kindness, reliability, and building trust with the children while keeping the household running smoothly.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**

This warm and structured family values teamwork and support to maintain a smoothly running household. Their four children have a range of interests, from soccer and musical theatre to reading and gymnastics. The children are increasingly independent but thrive with guidance and consistent routines.

The family’s current nanny has been with them for over 10 years and works Mondays and Thursdays. They are looking for someone to complement their existing support system, bringing a proactive and positive energy to the role.
