**Commercial Cleaner**

Phoenix Lifestyle Support Association Inc. is a not-for-profit disability support service provider located in the Redlands, Brisbane. We are a small organisation that provides both community participation and supported independent living for intellectually and physically challenged individuals.

We are currently looking for a cleaner/maintenance/gardener to work at the Ron & Joyce Murray Centre in Redland Bay QLD for 30 hours per week Monday to Friday.

The right person will be comfortable working around people with disabilities.

**Duties**
- Cleaning and maintenance duties of a commercial property.
- Maintaining the pool area and assisting in the testing of the water quality.
- Maintaining pool equipment including filters, pumps, chlorinators and heaters
- Maintaining gardens, mowing lawns, and trimming edges.
- Comply with the organisation’s health and safety policies and procedures.
- Light maintenance tasks, including the upkeep and presentation of the building.
- Maintain appropriate record keeping both written and electronic.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager

**To be considered for this position you must have:

- Current First Aid certificate and current CPR
- Australian or NZ citizenship or the capacity to work in Australia.
- Open drivers’ licence with own vehicle
- Smart mobile phone
