Blade Repair Technicians and Maintenance Planner - Short-Term Roles Requiring Immediate Start

Altus Wind Pty Ltd, part of the international Altus Wind group based in Slovenia, is seeking experienced Blade Repair Technicians and Maintenance Planner to join our team for up to a six-month period, working four weeks on and two weeks off, for a short-term project based in Cement Hills.

This is a highly specialised and non-ongoing opportunity suited to technicians with proven experience in wind turbine blade repair, composite maintenance, and rope-access work. You will contribute to the inspection, servicing, and repair of turbine blades using advanced fibre-composite techniques and specialised equipment such as vacuum-bagging systems, resin-injection tools, ultrasonic testing instruments, and rope-access gear.

Experienced technicians will be considered for the role of Maintenance Planner which is essential to lead the team of blade repair technicians to ensure that all inspection, repair and maintenance works are completed on safely and on schedule.

- Demonstrated training and experience in wind turbine or blade-composite repair
- Competence in rope-access and working-at-heights environments
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork mindset
- Ability to mobilise on short notice for temporary assignments
- Optional: Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning and team leadership in wind turbine or blade-composite repair
